1.2 SECOND STAGE PHARMA is a pharmaceutical company authorized by the National Agency for Drug Safety (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament : 143/147 boulevard Anatole France, 93285 Saint-Denis Cedex – FRANCE) : authorisation to open No. F 11/86 of 12 April 2011 repealed and replaced by Decision No. MM 17/057 of 14 March 2017.

The general structure, as well as the software, texts, images, animated or not, know-how, and all other elements making up the Site are the exclusive ownership of SECOND STAGE PHARMA and are protected by the applicable laws on Intellectual Property.  As a consequence, any representation whether in whole or in part, of this Site by any means whatsoever, without SECOND STAGE PHARMA’s express agreement is forbidden and shall constitute a counterfeiting.  The same applies for the databases appearing on the website of which SECOND STAGE PHARMA is the producer and which are protected by copyright.
